Papas Pizza

This order from a few days ago was great. However, today a ordered a Sub from them and it took over two hours to deliver. I was hungry and annoyed and left a 1 Star review. Subsequently, my office was able to communicate with the manager and he explained the delivery car broke down and was apologetic and I think even gave me a credit for the food. Bad experience, but good customer service. Will try them again. It would be helpful if I could have simply edited or revised the other review, but didn't see that function. Also, it would have been helpful when the delivery car broke down, for the delivery estimate to be revised with a reason given, but this didn't happen. GrubHub, are you listening?

Me and kids live the food, the delivery guy was supper nice, it was faster then it said it will come, well order again
